Cover: The cover portrays a combination therapy (CT) for demyelinating diseases, symbolized through Chinese mythology. Chang'e, the moon goddess (CLM), scatters delicate flowers—symbolizing the Shh, Egf, and Fgf17 signaling pathways— that stimulate the differentiation of oligodendrocyte progenitor cells (OPCs). In parallel, Wu Gang (αCD20), the relentless woodcutter, tirelessly chops at a tree, representing B cells that activate proinflammatory Th1/Th17 cells to secrete inflammatory cytokines such as IFN-γ, TNF-α, and IL-17. Through their harmonious synergy, this CT reshapes the immune microenvironment while promoting OPC differentiation and in situ remyelination.
