Cover: The study establishes a resource for dynamic alternative polyadenylation (APA) in lymphoid hematopoiesis. Single-cell clustering and polyadenylation site (PAS) usage quantifi cation indicate that lymphoid differentiation is accompanied by a global 3′UTR shortening.
